Zelda E. Billingy, M.D., California Mesotherapy & Laser Institute™ Medical Director, is a graduate of Loma Linda University and is a Board Certified Gynecological Surgeon who has practiced in woman’s health care for over 22 years. Although an accomplished surgeon, she has done extensive research into non-surgical aesthetic solutions for many conditions that impact today’s American lifestyle. Dr. Billingy has served as a consulting expert on women’s health care issues, has had her own radio show and appeared on numerous television shows in the greater Los Angeles area.

She studied in France with two of the world’s foremost authorities in Mesotherapy, Dr. Jules Marthan, one of the pioneers of the “Meso Lift” and Dr. Jacque Le Coz, in her continued quest to remain at the forefront of the technological innovations in aesthetic medicine.
